TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Last updated: August 2026

Welcome to IP Art For You. These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of this website, as well as the purchase of original artwork, prints and subscriptions to Letters from Inna’s Workshop.

By making a purchase or subscribing to any of our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. General Information

The owner of this website and the business operating it is Inna Herasymenko, trading under the brand name IP Art For You.

The website offers original artwork, reproductions and prints of the artist’s work, as well as subscriptions to the Letters from Inna’s Workshop club.

2. Original Artwork and Prints

Original artworks are unique pieces created by the artist. Due to their handmade nature, there may be minor differences between the photographs shown on the website and the artwork you receive, particularly in colour, texture and finish.

Prints are reproductions of original artworks. The image, size, paper or other material, and characteristics of each print will be specified in the individual product description.

Product photographs are for illustrative purposes. Every effort will be made to ensure that colours are represented as accurately as possible, although they may vary slightly depending on the screen or device used.

3. Prices and Payments

All prices are displayed in euros and include any applicable taxes in accordance with the relevant legislation.

Shipping costs, where not included in the price, will be clearly displayed before the purchase is completed.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available on the website. An order will not be considered confirmed until payment has been successfully received.

IP Art For You reserves the right to correct any obvious errors in prices or product information.

4. Shipping

Orders will be sent to the delivery address provided by the customer during the checkout process.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery details provided are correct.

Delivery times stated on the website are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond the control of IP Art For You, including delays by shipping companies, public holidays, weather conditions or customs issues.

If an order arrives damaged, customers are advised to keep the packaging and contact IP Art For You as soon as possible, providing photographs of both the package and the product.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

For physical products purchased online, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, without having to give a reason, subject to the exceptions provided by law.

The product must be returned in an appropriate condition, without damage resulting from use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Return shipping costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the customer, unless applicable law requires the seller to cover them or otherwise states.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply where a legal exception exists, for example, in the case of certain personalised products or products made according to the customer’s specifications.

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product, please contact IP Art For You so that an appropriate solution can be provided in accordance with your legal rights.

6. Letters from Inna’s Workshop

Letters from Inna’s Workshop is a monthly subscription club through which members periodically receive the physical contents described on the club’s webpage.

The subscription renews automatically according to the frequency and price stated at the time of purchase, until the member requests cancellation.

The deadline for receiving a particular edition will be stated on the club’s webpage. Subscriptions made after that date will receive the next available edition.

The contents of each mailing may vary slightly from one edition to another, while always maintaining the spirit and purpose of the project.

Cancelling Your Subscription

Members may cancel their subscription by following the cancellation procedure available on the website.

Cancellation will prevent future renewals but will not necessarily cancel a shipment or payment that has already been processed.

If a special Founder’s Rate or promotional offer is available, the specific terms and conditions of that promotion will be those stated at the time of purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including artwork, photographs, text, videos, illustrations, designs, logos and other materials, is protected by intellectual property laws.

The purchase of an original artwork or print does not transfer copyright or any other intellectual property rights in the artwork to the purchaser.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell or commercially use any artwork, photographs or content belonging to IP Art For You without the express permission of the relevant rights holder.

8. Use of the Website

Users agree to use the website lawfully and responsibly and not to carry out any activities that could damage its operation, security or content.

IP Art For You may modify, update or remove website content whenever necessary.

9. Product Availability

Original artworks are unique pieces and will only be available while in stock.

If an error occurs and an order is accidentally confirmed for a product that is no longer available, the customer will be informed and a full refund of the amount paid will be issued.

10. Liability

IP Art For You will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information published on the website is accurate and up to date.

However, IP Art For You shall not be responsible for temporary interruptions to the website or services caused by technical issues, maintenance, connection problems or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

11. Customer Service

If you have any questions regarding an order, artwork, print or your subscription to Letters from Inna’s Workshop, you can contact IP Art For You using the contact form available on the website.

I will be happy to help and will respond as soon as possible.

12. Changes to These Terms and Conditions

IP Art For You may update these Terms and Conditions whenever necessary to reflect changes in legislation, business practices or the operation of the website.

The current version will always be the version published on this page.

13. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Spanish law and, where applicable, by the legislation relating to consumer protection and electronic commerce.

In the event of a dispute, the competent courts and tribunals shall be those determined in accordance with applicable law.

Thank you for supporting my work and for being part of IP Art For You.

Every piece that leaves my studio carries with it a small part of my creative world. I hope you enjoy it as much as I have enjoyed creating it.
